A Xiaomi fan is unhappy with the company and is suing it. Here’s why.

The plaintiff, Mr Yang alleges that Xiaomi announced a contest in August 2017 with a reward promising dinner with the co-founder. As per the competition, the participants were required to sell Xiaomi smartphones and achieve a particular target.
