Toshiba needs 'prompt, appropriate' disclosure, Tokyo bourse chief says

The Tokyo Stock Exchange wants Toshiba Corp to make "prompt and appropriate" disclosure about its widening governance scandal, including who was responsible, the head of the bourse said, adding transparency remained a problem.
