In July, Hyundai Creta surpassed Tata Punch as India's best-selling SUV with 17,350 units sold. The Tata Punch saw significant growth but managed 16,121 units. Other frontrunners included the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, and Mahindra Scorpio-N. The Creta was launched in January and is expected to introduce an electric version soon.
