Facebook and Instagram's new tool will tell you how much time you spend on them

To make it easier to manage time on social media websites, Facebook has introduced a new tool in its own app as well as in the Instagram app that will show you how much time you have spent on them. The tool called Activity Dashboard comes in addition with a daily reminder feature and a new way to limit notifications.
