Huawei beats Apple, is the new No. 2 in the global smartphone market

Huawei surpassed Apple to emerge as the No. 2 worldwide smartphone vendor during the second quarter of 2018, according to US-based research company Gartner Inc. Apple moved into the No. 3 spot. This is the first time ever that the Chinese smartphone brand has beaten Apple.
