Logitech in talks to acquire headphone maker Plantronics

Logitech International SA, the Swiss manufacturer of keyboards and webcams, is in discussions to acquire Plantronics Inc, the US maker of Bluetooth earpieces and gaming headsets, people familiar with the matter said on Friday.
