Samsung Sued by Australian Regulator Over Misleading Water Resistance Ads for Galaxy Smartphones

Australia's competition regulator said on Thursday it is suing the local unit of South Korea's Samsung, alleging it misled consumers by promoting its Galaxy smartphones as water-resistant.
