Apple Responds to iPhone Battery Lockdown Reports, Says It’s a Safety Measure

Apple has responded to the battery lockdown issue on iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR, saying that it has done this to ensure that battery replacement is done properly.
