Security Researcher Discovers That DSLR Cameras Are Vulnerable to Ransomware Attacks: Report

Researcher at Check Point Research managed to install a ransomer on a Canon EOS 80D DSLR, as a proof of concept that digital cameras are vulnerable to attacks too.
