Beijing unlikely to approve ByteDance's TikTok deal with Oracle: Report

Beijing is unlikely to approve an "unfair" deal Oracle Corp and Walmart Inc said they have struck with ByteDance over the future of video-streaming app TikTok, Global Times said in an editorial. ByteDance, earlier has said it will create a U.S. subsidiary partly owned by U.S. majors Oracle and Walmart.
