40 percent of staff at Toyota's Bidadi plant back at work, says Karnataka's Labour Minister

Most of the employees have, however, stayed away from work, with the workers’ strike entering the fourth month despite the government holding 10 meetings so far to ease the conflict between the management and employees. About 1,700 out of the 3,500 permanent workers at Toyota plant have resumed work, according to the government.
