Twitter hit with new headache in India after police complaint over controversial map

The police complaint filed by Praveen Bhati, a leader of the Bajrang Dal in Uttar Pradesh, accuses Twitter India boss Manish Maheshwari of breaching the country's IT rules as well as laws designed to prevent enmity and hatred between classes.
