The Standing Committee on the Ministry of Home Affairs, in its latest report, has asked the Ministry to include the offenders and criminals proliferating in cyber space who are repeatedly engaged in cyber pornography, cyber blackmailing, cyber stalking or bullying in the National Database of Sexual Offenders (NDSO).
