Toyota discontinues Yaris in India

While the official announcement came on Monday, it has been an open secret in the industry that Toyota was pulling the plug on its mid-size sedan. Toyota Kirloskar Motor, the Indian arm of the Japanese carmaker, hasn’t produced a single unit of the Yaris since April this year, when it made just 237 cars.
