Japanese mobile carrier faces govt order due to 'serious' system failure

The Japanese government on Friday issued an administrative order to NTT Docomo Inc. (NTT Docomo), the country's largest mobile carrier, after a system failure last month, which affected at least 12.9 million users and was called a "serious incident" by the Communications Ministry.
