The Indian smartphone market registered a year-over-year (YoY) decline of 12 percent in Q3 2021, with Xiaomi leading the market share even after registering a 17 percent decline in smartphone shipments in quarter, as per International Data Corporation (IDC) Worldwide Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker. India was the third-largest 5G smartphone market globally in 3Q21.
