Maruti 3.0: Automaker aims to double production capacity in 9 yrs

Maruti Suzuki India plans to double its production capacity to four million (40 lakhs) units in nine years from now, said Chairman RC Bhargava, hinting at what could be said to be the start of 'Maruti 3.0'. It took 40 years for it to create a capacity of 2 million units. The required investments will all come from internal resources
