Auto retail sales surge 9% in Aug

Vehicle registrations in India increased by 9% last month, indicating healthy customer demand in the lead-up to the festive season. The Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) expects this momentum to continue due to new vehicle launches and signs of revival in rural markets.
