Xiaomi 14 Ultra was unveiled in China on Thursday, February 22. This phone joins the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro that were introduced in October 2023. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra, like the other Xiaomi 14 series handsets, is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and ships with the new HyperOS user interface. It gets a quad rear camera unit and packs a 5,300mAh battery.
