Blue Energy Motors plans to invest Rs 3,500-crore in Maharashtra to set up an electric trucks production plant. The facility will include R&D capabilities, battery-pack line, motor manufacturing unit, and charging stations. This initiative, starting next financial year, aims to generate over 4,000 jobs and strengthen clean mobility solutions.
