Toyota to boost EV models to 15, targets producing 1 million by 2027, Nikkei says

Toyota plans to develop around 15 electric vehicle models by 2027 and aims to produce about 1 million cars annually by then. With existing models only manufactured in Japan and China, Toyota's expansion to the US, Thailand, and Argentina aims to mitigate risks and reduce delivery times. The 15 models will include some from its Lexus brand.
