Pixel 9 series were the company's first to feature ultrasonic sensors instead of the slower optical sensors found in the Pixel 8 lineup and previous generations. A new leak now suggests that the upcoming Pixel 10 series will feature an improved ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Meanwhile, face unlock is said to remain the same, maintaining Class 3 security standards.
