Mahindra Aerospace Pvt Ltd has received a de-registration certificate for the voluntary liquidation of its Australian unit, MAAPL. This follows MAAPL's decision in November 2023 to exit the aircraft manufacturing business as part of its capital allocation strategy. MAAPL's contribution to M&M's consolidated net worth was minimal.
