Toyota recalls 11,529 Hyryder a week after Maruti issues a similar recall for 39,506 Grand Vitara: Check issue, manufacture years

Toyota Kirloskar has announced a recall of 11,529 units of its Urban Cruiser Hyryder to check and replace a dashboard component. This comes nearly a week after Maruti Suzuki India also announced a similar recall of 39,506 units of its Grand Vitara. Both vehicles share the same platform.
