TVS Motor Company is selling its stake in bike-taxi aggregator Rapido for Rs 287.93 crore. Agreements have been signed with Accel India VIII and MIH Investments One BV. This move follows a strategic partnership formed in 2022. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
