Tensions within the TVS Group promoter family have spilled into the boardroom of Sundaram Clayton, raising governance concerns at the holding company of TVS Motor Company. Within days, the board reversed its own decision on the resignation of company secretary P D Dev Kishan after managing director Lakshmi Venu pushed for his removal, citing alignment issues.
