Tractor industry volume growth is expected to moderate to one to four percent this fiscal year. This moderation follows a strong growth of twenty-three point five percent in the previous fiscal year. A below-normal monsoon forecast and a high base effect are contributing factors to this slowdown. Recent rainfall data also indicates precipitation deficits across several Indian regions. However, tractor manufacturers' profit margins are likely to remain healthy and stable.
