Gabriel India has formed a strategic joint venture with South Korea's HL Klemove. This partnership aims to expand Gabriel India's presence in high-growth automotive segments. The collaboration will focus on autonomous driving solutions and advanced driver assistance systems. Gabriel India will acquire a 30 percent stake in HL Klemove India for US$98.44 million. This venture will develop and sell advanced mobility and automotive electronic products.
