Tata Motors sells more in India, but JLR woes send profit crashing 80%

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles’ June-quarter net profit fell 80% to ₹775 crore as JLR faced supply disruptions and weaker volumes, while higher commodity costs squeezed margins. Strong domestic passenger vehicle and electric vehicle sales helped consolidated revenue rise 9.3%.
