eBikeGo manufacturing facility to be established through subsidiary Vajram Electric

The company had announced last year that it had acquired manufacturing and marketing rights for the European e-scooter Muvi as well as manufacturing rights for the electric trike Velocipado from Spanish automotive company Tarrot.
