Two-wheeler segment to see 6-9% volume growth in FY26: Report

Icra forecasts a 6-9% growth for the domestic two-wheeler segment in FY2026, driven by replacement demand, urban recovery, and healthy rural incomes. While wholesale volumes grew 9% in July 2025, retail sales contracted due to tepid urban demand and heavy rainfall. Exports showed strong growth, but electric two-wheeler sales saw a slight decline.
